Barnsnape announces a collaboration with SAP to deliver TMA functionality.

Barnsnape leveraged its utility sector and legislative knowledge to assist SAP in extending its mySAP product to cover the existing New Roads and Streetworks Act (NRSWA) and the new Traffic Management Act (TMA). Time was of the essence as organisations have until April 2008 to be compliant with the new legislation , which in turn placed pressure on SAP to provide an offering to both its prospective and future customer base.

Barnsnape worked with SAP customers and SAP’s own business analysts to produce a specification of how the legislation could be delivered by the product. At the time of writing the first joint workshop between Barnsnape, SAP and a focus group of SAP customers has been scheduled for late August to present the work completed to date.
