For a leading UK Multi-Utility, Barnsnape are currently heading a comprehensive business design exercise. Reporting directly to the board, we are guiding a selected team of senior managers to consider all aspects of the business model required to support future corporate strategy. The work will baseline the required changes in working practices, processes, technology and organisation and represents a key early phase in a significant transformation programme that is currently being considered.
